Our experience dated on 04/01/24 to 06/01/2024 was excellent. The hospitality of hotels staff was very decent. The staff are co operative and polite. Room service was 100% prompt and perfect. Food quantity was also best. I really enjoyed staying at star Emirates luxury resort and spa. Thanks to all.

It’s a very good hotel located in beautiful lush green area nearly 14 kms from Munnar main market. The facilities are very good and their main strength is prompt and courteous staff. Only jarring note is their pedestrian breakfast which included in room rent. Otherwise it was very satisfying experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star Emirates in Munnar, and it was a memorable experience. The combination of a clean room and polite staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The deanliness of the room was impeccable. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment for its guests. The bed linens and bathroom were spotless, and this attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I checked in, they were accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their polite and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home

Wonderful experience, Nice stay good location and rooms. They have 3 pools, a Campfire area, indoor games, Kids play area and a good dining area with nice ambiance. Overall I was very satisfied with the 1 day staycation. Food rates feels costly but it seems like this resort is under the 4 star category. Checking- checkouts are pretty quick and very good staff will help and guide us. They have an Ayurvedic spa which comes with extra cost and that is also good. Highly recommended.
